北京协和医院国际医疗部自1951年起，为各驻华使馆及在华工作、生活、学习和旅游的外宾提供优质的国际医疗服务。

为方便外籍患者就诊，国际医疗部设立专门的使馆预约专线和外宾预约专线。外宾也可直接下载协和官方APP，在国际医疗部英文界面可实现线上预约，您的中方朋友也可以通过APP“我-就诊人管理-添加就诊人”的方式为您预约。

如您遇到突发疾病，国际医疗部急诊24小时/7天开放；如需看门诊，护士会根据当日门诊医生情况，帮您安排就诊。

Guidance for International Patients

Dear Sir/Madam,

The International Medical Services (IMS)of Peking Union Medical College Hospital(PUMCH), since its birth in 1951,has been dedicated to offering high-quality medical services to embassy staff and other international friends who work, study, travel and live in China.

To provide international patients with convenient medical services, IMS set up one special appointment line for embassies and one for international friends. International friends can download the PUMCH official APP for making an appointment online on the IMS English interface or have your Chinese friends help you make an appointment by adding your information to the patients list on their APP.

If you suffer a sudden illness, the IMS emergency unit is open 24/7; if you need to visit the outpatient clinic, nurses will help arrange for a doctor to see you, depending on the availability of outpatient doctors of the day.
